The opportunity

We are looking for a junior engineer to join our Grid Integration business unit for an internship. You will focus on Quality / lessons learnt related to eMobility.

Your Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing or already resolved Customer Complaints (both Internal and External) and Non‑Conformities to derive the associated Lessons Learned, highlighting the commonalities between the issues.
  • Engage with the key stakeholders to share the Lessons Learned derived from the above analyses (Operations, Service, etc.)
  • Edit the collected Lessons Learned using the forms prescribed by Hitachi’s QMS.
  • Upload the consolidated Lessons Learned to the company tool “Project Workflow Hub” used for project management.
  • Support the eMobility Quality Manager in managing the running Customer Complaints and Non-Conformities
  • Interact with all the eMobility Business teams to derive all past Lessons Learned that were not formally shared with the organization

Your background

  • Bachelor or Master degree in engineering (preferably management or mechanical/electrical)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power-Point, Access)
  • Ability to work with digital/SW solutions as outcome will be considered a plus
  • Fluency in Italian and good knowledge of English (B1/B2)
  • Knowledge of ERP systems will be considered a plus (e.g. SAP, Oracle,...)
  • Proactivity, organization, good attention to detail and strong communication skills are required.
