Within the Piacenza Plant Quality Department, we are looking for a "manufacturing passionate" 6 months internship in order to support the assigned tutor within the following activities
Main responsibilities
- Supporting the management and updating of quality documentation (procedures, operating instructions, control plans)
- Participating in production quality control activities (conformity checks, dimensional controls, process audits)
- Collaborating in the analysis of non-conformities and the definition of corrective/preventive actions
- Supporting the management of supplier non-conformities
- Collecting and analyzing data to monitor the quality department's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Participating in continuous improvement projects (5S, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Collecting and analyzing documents related to the material certification of assembled components
Qualifications & skills
- Technical Diploma in Mechanical, Logistics and similar fields or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering and similar fields)
- Knowledge and use of MS 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint), MS Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Familiarity with process control
- Excellent written and oral skills with Italian and English tongue
- Real interest to work in a manufacturing environment
- Availability to work in presence
The internship includes a reimbursement (800 to 1.060 euros) and access to the company canteen.
