Quality Engineer (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

• Quality System Management: Develop and implement the quality management system in alignment with internal and customer-specific standards.
• Product Launch & Sampling: Oversee quality processes during product launches, including initial sampling (PPF/PPAP).
• Measurement & Analysis: Operate precision measurement tools and analyze key quality KPIs.
• Continuous Improvement: Define and execute improvement actions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Complaint & Claim Handling: Lead customer complaint resolution and manage claims according to internal processes.
• Auditing & Compliance: Conduct internal and external audits (e.g., IATF 16949, VDA 6.3) and support FMEA procedures.
• Training & Knowledge Sharing: Design and deliver training sessions to enhance quality awareness across the organization.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical experience in Quality roles.
• Quality Management Experience: 2–3 years of experience in quality management, ideally within the automotive sector.
• Standards & Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with current quality standards and systems such as IATF 16949, APQP, VDA.
• Certifications: Preferably certified as internal auditor for IATF 16949 and process auditor for VDA 6.3.
• Technical Affinity: Passion for technology and openness to new testing technologies.
• Language Skills: Fluent in Italian and English, with strong negotiation skills.
