Quality Engineer

We are looking for a Quality Engineer who will work in the quality department to ensure the quality of components and products, supporting both current production and the launch of new products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and improve internal factory processes, in collaboration with the Production, Logistics, Industrialisation and Product Development departments
in line with automotive quality standards
- Collaborate PPAP and APQP activities for new and existing products.
- Lead root-cause analysis and resolution of internal and external non-conformities (8D, 5Why, Ishikawa).
- Track and improve quality KPIs and maintain accurate reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and enhance quality performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a technical discipline.
• 2-3 years of experience in the field as a Quality Engineer or in a similar role in the automotive industry.
- Solid understanding of automotive standards: IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, MSA.
- Ability to read technical drawings and understand manufacturing processes.
- Problem-solving mindset and strong organizational skills.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
