JOB MISSION

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact? We’re looking for passionate individuals eager to help grow our Quality Control Team while upholding our core values of beauty, ethics, and sustainability .
As our Quality Control Manager, reporting hierarchically to the Supply Chain Director and functionally to the Technical Director, you will manage and implement the Quality Program, coordinating all plant quality activities and the execution of testing and monitoring services. You will also identify and eliminate defects after a product has been developed and before it is released to the market, ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting the company’s quality, safety, efficacy, and sustainability requirements.

What You Will Do

  • Ensure compliance with company quality standards and objectives defined by Quality Assurance (QA) and validated by the Technical Director.
  • Oversee product control and testing for raw materials, bulk, and finished products to detect defects or deviations.
  • Define, implement, and monitor quality control methodologies, analytical procedures, and problem‑solving tools.
  • Lead the investigation and resolution of non‑conformities, coordinating root cause analysis (analysis of the main causes) and collaborating with Quality Assurance on Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) implementation.
  • Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to identify improvement opportunities and support data‑driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with Production, Research and Development (R&D), Supply Chain, and Regulatory Affairs teams to ensure product integrity and process robustness.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Quality Control team to ensure high performance and alignment with company quality objectives.
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring readiness and compliance with standards and regulations.

Who You Are

  • At least 5 years of experience in Quality Control roles within manufacturing environments, preferably in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, food or chemical industries.
  • Solid knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory standards (International Organization for Standardization – ISO – 9001; Good Manufacturing Practices – GMP).
  • Strong understanding of quality tools and problem‑solving methodologies Plan–Do–Check–Act (PDCA); Define–Measure–Analyze–Improve–Control (DMAIC); Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA – PFMEA).
  • Experience in developing and implementing control plans to ensure process and product quality.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and quality performance indicators.
  • Experience working in structured and continuous improvement environments (Lean methodologies are a plus).
  • Familiarity with data management systems and digital analysis tools.
  • Fluent English.

Nice to Have

  • QC Pillar Leader certification within World Class Manufacturing (WCM).
  • Green Belt certification or higher (Lean Six Sigma).
  • Additional certifications in Lean methodologies (LEAN).
  • Experience in ISO 17025‑accredited laboratories.
