Position Description

The Quality Control Junior Analyst will perform analytical and related activities in the Quality Control department in accordance with GMP, Standard Operating Procedures, Standard Analytical Procedures, analytical methods and other internal regulations, reporting directly to the QC Laboratory Supervisor.

Responsibilities

  • Work within company procedures and legal safety regulations.
  • Maintain laboratory notebooks and analytical documents.
  • Perform basic laboratory operations such as reagent preparation, solutions, sampling of raw materials, intermediate, and finished products.
  • Follow instructions from supervisors.
  • Execute simple and complex analytical techniques along with defined methods, independently and operationally.
  • Handle reagents according to specified procedures.
  • Work effectively within deadlines.
  • Act as a company representative, respecting and embodying corporate values.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures and regulations.
  • Perform assigned tasks safely and vigilantly.
  • Adhere to the company’s Code of Ethics.
  • Collaborate cooperatively with managers, supervisors, colleagues, customers and the public.
  • Contribute to the occupational health and safety system per the "Manual of Health and Safety" and relevant procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Preferably a degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy or related fields (Bachelor or Master) from an accredited university.
  • Minimum diploma of Chemical Technician.
  • At least 6 months of experience in the position or related university laboratory activities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to contribute and work within a cross‑functional team.
  • Capacity to work in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Initiative to complete assigned assignments.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision.
  • Basic knowledge of English, written and oral.
