YOUR ROLE AT KIKO

We are looking for a Quality Control Intern (Bulk & Finished Goods) to join KIKO MILANO’s Technical Department, reporting to the Head of Quality & Product Engineering Compliance .

The intern will support the team in evaluating cosmetic products and accessories to ensure compliance with quality, functionality and aesthetic standards.

In particular, you will:

• Support the evaluation of cosmetic bulk submissions
• Assist in planning and performing Quality Controls on Finished Goods and accessories according to AQL standards
• Support the management of supplier Non-Conformities
• Collaborate in monitoring Corrective Actions with suppliers
• Assist in the analysis of product complaints and root cause investigations
• Support the QA team in the management of customer quality claims
• Help ensure proper storage and archiving of standard samples and technical documentation

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Bachelor’s Degree (completed or ongoing) in Materials Science, Chemistry or Engineering
• Strong interest in Cosmetic Quality Control
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Basic knowledge of primary and secondary packaging (glass, plastic, aluminum, paper)
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus
• Basic understanding of Statistical Controls
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
• Familiarity with common measurement tools is a plus
