Cavotec in Nova Milanese is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to handle Customer claims, oversee quality topics, and improve internal processes. The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and prior experience in Quality Department.
You will manage Customer Satisfaction, coordinate problem-solving processes, and ensure effective service delivery. The ideal candidate is flexible, organised, and fluent in English (B2/C1), with solid knowledge in Microsoft Office.
