Your Tasks

  • Ensure that business processes comply with regulatory standards, internal procedures, and corporate directives.
  • Conduct internal audits and support external audits on processes, systems, and documentation.
  • Manage nonconformities, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and monitor quality KPIs.
  • Draft and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documentation within the Integrated Management System.
  • Support APQP processes and related deliverables (FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, flow chart).
  • Manage the measurement equipment fleet, including calibrations and metrological traceability.
  • Collaborate with all departments to ensure compliance and continuous improvement and provide training to personnel on quality requirements.

Requirements

  • Degree in technical or scientific disciplines.
  • Experience in Quality Assurance roles, preferably in manufacturing or automotive environments.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001; ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 are a plus).
  • Proficiency in APQP, PPAP, and in the management of measurement instruments.
  • Familiarity with quality tools (FMEA, SPC, 8D, Ishikawa) and quality management software.
  • Strong analytical skills, problem‑solving attitude, accuracy, and ability to collaborate cross‑functionally.
  • Fluency in English and Italian (spoken and written).
