QUALITY ASSURANCE INTERN
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Quality Assurance (QA) team on a temporary basis, either through an internship. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative international environment, supporting key QA activities and interacting with various internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison with Affiliates and Suppliers for quality investigations related to product complaints, including retrieving complaint samples
- Support the QA team in collecting training records and organizing training sessions for the Scientific Affairs and R&D departments
- Assist in the issuance and distribution of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Perform other QA-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a Scientific discipline preferred
- Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 13485, GMP, HACCP, and ISO 22716 is considered an asset
- Self-motivated with a high degree of autonomy and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Team player with excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required
