Job description

This role ensures the highest standards of service and operational consistency across all properties. The ideal candidate will champion a culture of excellence, driving continuous improvement and brand integrity throughout the guest journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy quality control systems across hotel and resort operations
• Monitor performance indicators and compliance metrics (ISO, HACCP, brand standards)
• Conduct internal assessments and support external audits
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Brand teams to align quality with strategic goals

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or Quality Systems
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance or operational excellence, preferably in luxury hospitality or resort chains or at least 5 years in hotel operation roles( Director of operations or above )
• Strong knowledge of quality frameworks, process mapping, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
