QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER – ABOUT THE ROLE


Officina Stellare is looking for a Quality Assurance professional to join the Quality Department. The selected candidate will work closely with the Quality Manager and Process Owner to ensure the company’s Quality Management System complies with UNI EN 9100:2018 standards, guaranteeing the conformity of products, processes, and documentation. The role also involves promoting a culture of quality, prevention, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.


WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO


  • Promote a culture focused on Quality, Reliability, and Prevention through internal training and awareness activities.
  • Update the documentation of the Quality Management System (Quality Manual, Procedures, Work Instructions, Checklists, Modules, etc.) in compliance with UNI EN 9100 and related processes.
  • Ensure the effective application of the QMS and contribute to continuous improvement .
  • Support analysis, evaluation, and formalization of risk management related to processes using recognized methodologies (e.g., FMEA, Risk-Based Thinking).
  • Monitor and periodically report KPI related to On-Quality and On-Time Delivery, promoting corrective actions when necessary.
  • Identify, coordinate, and monitor Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) .
  • Plan, conduct, and support internal system audits and supplier audits, including managing non-conformities.
  • Support the analysis of non-conformities , applying structured tools (e.g., 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys).
  • Promote the implementation of Lean methodologies and 5S principles to optimize production processes.


YOU'LL BRING THESE QUALIFICATIONS


  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in technical-scientific disciplines.
  • 3–5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in environments with high quality standards (Aerospace, Defense, Automotive, High-Tech).
  • Knowledge of UNI EN 9100 and ISO 9001 standards.
