Quality Assurance Engineer

Mission

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to support quality assurance activities within a major aerospace and defense program . The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, implementing quality assurance processes, and collaborating with key stakeholders to maintain high standards in service execution.

Key Accountabilities

• Analyze contractual requirements and implement quality assurance measures for aerospace and defense programs.
• Prepare and release quality assurance documentation, including QAP, CoC, and NC reports.
• Support the preparation of service planning and compliance documentation.
• Verify deliverables throughout the service lifecycle to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Participate in formal service/product reviews, including meetings with regulatory or military authorities.
• Manage non-conformities, corrective and preventive actions, and provide support for internal and customer audits.

Education

Master’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering or Engineering General

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering
• Strong knowledge of quality standards such as UNI EN 9100, ISO 9001, and AQAP2110.
• Experience with configuration management tools (SAP-PLM).
• Excellent documentation skills in both English and Italian.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability to interpret key performance metrics.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
