About the Client

We’re hiring on behalf of a flagship global intralogistics company , renowned for intelligent automation, robotics, and logistics software solutions. The client is scaling internal QA capabilities across Italy—starting with urgent hires in Bari .


Role Overview

As a QA Engineer , you'll work on enterprise-scale software systems , supporting both manual and automation testing. You’ll contribute to high-availability logistics platforms used globally, ensuring stability, performance, and precision.


Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and maintain manual and automated test cases .
  • Validate software functionality and integration across complex systems.
  • Work with tools like Selenium , Postman , and Polarion (main tool, training provided).
  • Design and run unit tests , integration tests, and regression suites.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and system integrators.
  • Support customer integration efforts (travel required – EU & Middle East , fully covered).


What We’re Looking For

  • 3–4 years of experience in QA (manual & automation) .
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium , Postman , unit testing.
  • Familiarity with tools like Polarion a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Fluent English (essential for internal and client communication).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
  • ISTQB Certification is nice to have and will make you stand out.
  • Willingness to travel for international client site activities.


Nice to Have

  • Exposure to intralogistics or supply chain automation solutions.
  • Experience in regulated or safety-critical software environments.


Work Model

  • Hybrid setup (2 days/week remote).
  • Primary office: Bari , with other Italy & EU locations in play as the team grows.
