The Role

As a QA Analyst, you will be the guardian of our software’s quality and reliability. Your goal is to

ensure that every release meets Hekanize’s high standards, acting as a vital bridge between

customer needs and technical development.


This role focuses on meticulous test execution, workflow optimization, and direct user support to ensure a seamless platform experience.


Your Typical Day

  • QA Execution & Testing: Define acceptance criteria for new features and perform functional, regression, and integration testing on release candidates.
  • Workflow Management: Manage and optimize the QA workflow within Jira to support a continuous and organized delivery process.
  • Customer Support (L2): Analyze reports from the customer portal, identifying bugs or areas for improvement and translating them into technical specifications for developers.
  • Cross-functional Alignment: Collaborate constantly with backend, frontend, and AI teams to ensure a shared understanding of quality requirements.
  • Release Approval: Verify and sign off on individual features before they are deployed to production.


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Experience: 1-2 years in Quality Assurance, software testing, or advanced technical support roles (SaaS experience is a plus).
  • Attention to Detail: A near-perfectionist approach to identifying bugs, inconsistencies, and edge cases.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to break down complex problems and translate vague user feedback into clear technical requirements.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related fields with a strong process-oriented mindset.
