Quality Assurance Ambassador

The RoleAs a QA Ambassador, you will be the guardian of our software’s quality and reliability. Your goal is toensure that every release meets Hekanize’s high standards, acting as a vital bridge betweencustomer needs and technical development.This role focuses on meticulous test execution, workflow optimization, and direct user support toensure a seamless platform experience.Your Typical DayQA Execution & Manual Testing: Define acceptance criteria for new features and perform functional, regression, and integration testing on release candidates.Workflow Management: Manage and optimize the QA workflow within Jira to support a continuous and organized delivery process.Customer Support (L2): Analyze reports from the customer portal, identifying bugs or areas for improvement and translating them into technical specifications for developers.Cross-functional Alignment: Collaborate constantly with backend, frontend, and AI teams to ensure a shared understanding of quality requirements.Release Approval: Verify and sign off on individual features before they are deployed to production.Required Skills & CompetenciesExperience: 1-2 years in Quality Assurance, software testing, or advanced technical support roles (SaaS experience is a plus).Attention to Detail: A near-perfectionist approach to identifying bugs, inconsistencies, and edge cases.Analytical Mindset: Ability to break down complex problems and translate vague user feedback into clear technical requirements.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related fields with a strong process-oriented mindset.About HekanizeHekanize develops Heka, a cutting-edge SaaS platform that revolutionizes retail operations for luxury brands and large-scale distribution chains.
