QS/Cost Manager - Milan - 6-12 Months Contract
This is your opportunity to work for a global data centre operator that has been recognised as one of the most well‑known groups in the industry. Having received significant investment, this established data centre group is in the next phase of growth and requires the expertise of a QS/Cost Manager. They have established partnerships with many of the well‑known technology powerhouses and tailor their development to client requirements.
What You’ll Do
- Pricing/estimating the cost of the different components needed for a project
- Tracking changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections in line with these
- Measuring and valuing the work done on site
- Liaising with the subcontractor’s construction professionals, such as site managers, site engineers, etc.
- Leads all project cost control activities
What You’ll Need
- To be on site full‑time 5 days per week
- Strong general contact management
- FIDIC Knowledge
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Must be able to work as part of a multi‑agency team
