We are seeking a Junior QHSE to support the Management in implementing, monitoring and continuously improving Integrated Management System (QHSE). You will ensure compliance with current regulations while promoting a culture of safety and sustainability across all company sites and projects.
General requirement:
At least 3/4 years of experience in managing QHSE systems in civil construction/engineering companies.
Education Requirements:
Degree or diploma in technical disciplines preferred.
Attendance of specific training courses with learning assessment.
Attendance of internal auditor courses.
Languages required:
Italian mother tongue
Fluent in English
France is a plus.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of regulations (UNI EN ISO 14001 e UNI EN ISO 45001 e UNI EN ISO 9001).
Knowledge of the regulations regarding health and safety at work, fire and environmental risks.
Familiarity with the current legislation on safety and the environment with reference to the major corporate risks
Qualifications as ASPP is a plus

Role and Responsibilities:
- Support the Manager in the development, implementation, maintenance and dissemination of the Integrated Management System (Quality, Safety and Environment) within the company;
- Collaborating with the RSPP
- Support the identification of appropriate information and training programmes for staff in the QHSE field;
- Support the execution of internal audits related to the Integrated Management System and external audits for the maintenance of company certifications;
- Support the Manager in updating the company's quality, safety and environmental documentation in coordination with department managers and company management;
- Compare and align with Corporate HQ for the updating of Group reporting.
