Main Responsibilities

• Support and train team members on DCS, QCS, and PLC maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in automation systems, including DCS, QCS, and PLC.
• Ensure all documentation is up to date according to customer needs.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations and provide data from automation systems.
• Develop and maintain operating procedures for DCS, QCS, and PLC systems.
• Support system lifecycle management and implement long-term strategies for automation systems.

Requirements

• Expert‑level skills in DNA programming, DCS, and QCS systems.
• Strong background in PLC, DCS, QCS, and automation system programming.
• Formal qualifications in a relevant engineering field.
• Strong understanding of pulp and paper processes and technical troubleshooting.
• Fluent in English; Italian will be considered a plus.
• Proactive, safety‑oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to support and train others.
• Ability to work in a complex matrix organization.
