Position Overview: QC Spa of Wonders is seeking a Spa Assistant with Technical Aesthetic Management for their Milano (MI) location.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide guidance for optimal wellness experience.
2. Ensure compliance with spa etiquette and health regulations.
3. Maintain order, attention to detail, and uphold company standards in the environment.
4. Rearrange outdoor furniture during the day.
5. Promote and explain wellness services offered.
6. Conduct wellness and beauty events according to QC Terme schedule.
7. Manage guest care moments (welcoming guests, beauty, fitness, sauna).
8. Monitor the spa’s scent map and use of essential oils in the sauna.

Qualifications:

1. Professional aesthetician certification recognized nationally through a three-year program.
2. Excellent communication skills, with a focus on promoting and selling wellness products and services.
3. Teamwork predisposition.
4. Attention to detail.
5. Availability to work shifts.
