Libra Total Quality are a start up who are looking for QC Coordinator for their headquarter located in Cologno Monzese (Milan), Italy. LTQ, company certified UNI EN ISO 9001:2015, work in several sectors such as power, oil & gas, electrotechnical, steel and mining. Main activities carry out: Inspections, Expediters and Audits.
Role's description:
The QC Coordinator is responsible for planning, implementing and overseeing project activities, ensuring that all goals are achieved efficiently and on time. This role serves as a liaison between various teams and ensures smooth communication and effective collaboration.
Responsibilities:
-Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, defining objectives, timelines and required resources;
-Team Management: Coordinate and lead team members, assigning tasks and monitoring progress;
-Monitoring and Reporting: Gather and analyze data on project progress, providing regular reports to management;
-Progress Management: Identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that may impact project progress;
Required Skills:
-Good communication and knowledge of English language (communication, meeting, interviews will be executed in English);
-Experience in team supervision;
-Proficiency in Office tools (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook);
-Ability to work and manage multiple tasks;
Qualification:
-Bachelor’s degree;
-Knowledge of English and Italian languages;
