Job Description
We are looking for a QA Tester to join our Product Team and help ensure the quality of Tuotempo’s products through the design, implementation and execution of tests.
You’ll report to our QA Manager and work closely with developers, product managers and designers in a dynamic, international environment.
You can work remotely from anywhere in Italy or from our office in Bologna.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that our products and applications work correctly;
- Assess software quality through manual functional tests;
- Execute test cases and prepare detailed report results;
- Evaluate product compliance according to acceptance criteria based on specification;
- Report bugs and errors to development teams;
- Conduct testing before release and post‑implementation testing;
- Contribute to design test protocols for automated End‑to‑End testing;
- Have a proactive ‘can‑do’ attitude to overcome technical and process challenges;
- Write documentation for automated processes including test plans, test procedures, and test cases;
- Work with cross‑functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or a related field;
- At least 2 years of professional experience as a software tester;
- Excellent ability to document and troubleshoot errors;
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills;
- Comfortable working across multiple projects and priorities;
- Curious, proactive, and collaborative attitude;
- Native Italian speaker and fluent in English;
- Understanding of object‑oriented concepts;
- Knowledge of Google Suite.
Bonus Points (nice to have)
- Experience writing automated tests (e.g. using Playwright, Cypress, or similar frameworks).
