  • PURPOSE :
  • The role manages and coordinates QA and CSV projects and services to meet client expectations and business goals, ensuring operational efficiency and profitability, with support from the Services Managing Director.

    Responsibilities include staffing, aligning departmental goals with business strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, liaising with clients, developing new business opportunities, supervising processes, supporting project managers, and ensuring quality and profitability of services.

  • Requirements
  • ACCOUNTABILITIES :
    • Identify drivers and manage KPIs for continuous improvement of QAS services.
    • Ensure departmental processes are efficient, cost-effective, and inspection-ready.
    • Maintain department profitability through resource management.
    • Escalate major risks to the Managing Director.
    • Promote public relations and brand awareness.
    • Assess customer feedback for improvements.
    • Represent the company at meetings and scientific events.
    • Supervise processes and support project resolution.
    • Validate technical aspects of proposals.
    • Develop reports and perform billable roles in client projects.
    • Act as Auditor and QA representative when needed.
    • Create regulated documents and consultancy services.
    • Monitor resource performance and ensure compliance.
    • Prepare annual departmental plans.
    • Support HR activities related to staffing and staff satisfaction.
    • Ensure quality and profitability of client services.
    • Manage project portfolio and risks.
    • Recognize revenue and departmental costs accurately.
    • Oversee supplier selection.
  • BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE
    • Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or related scientific field.
    • Minimum 10 years of relevant QA experience, with at least 5 years in supervisory roles.
    • Fluent in English.
    • Knowledge of regulatory guidelines worldwide and applicable norms.
    • Experience in revenue and cost recognition.
