QA-QC SPECIALIST

SPIG-GMAB has been operating globally supplying customers with an extensive range highly performing and energy efficient industrial field erected Cooling Towers, Air Cooled Condensers/ Air Fin Coolers, since 1936. Its Headquarters is in Paruzzaro, on the Lake Maggiore in Northern Italy. SPIG-GMAB is looking for a QA/QC SPECIALIST to join our Quality team. The ideal candidate is structured, organized, self-motivated and has a high level of attention to detail.

The person will be placed inside the Quality Office with the following responsibilities:

Management of supplier qualification activities, including:

• Collection and distribution of technical and certification documentation to relevant departments.
• Support in verifying compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Entry and updating supplier master data and qualifications in the SAP system.
• Support in periodic suppliers’ evaluation.

Preparation of project Quality Books, including:

• Collection, review, and archiving project quality documentation (certificates, test reports, inspections, quality plans, etc.)
• Drafting and formatting of the final dossier in accordance with client specifications and applicable standards.
• Coordination with Project Managers, Supply Chain, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of documentation.
• Supports periodic audits and inspections at manufacturers' facilities to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
• Participation in internal and external audits, supporting inspection and verification activities.
• Registration of Non-Conformities (NCS) in SAP, including support in the management and closure process.
• Support in the management of Lesson Learnt and related Corrective Actions, in coordination with other departments
• Support in drafting and revising company procedures related to the Quality Management System.
