About the Role

We are looking for a QA Manager that will join the Test Factory Italy team to ensure the quality of solutions across the software lifecycle. The role collaborates with the broader Test Factory organization, ensuring alignment of processes, metrics, and tools with corporate guidelines and business quality objectives within CRIF.

The individual operates with decision-making autonomy and drives continuous improvement at the Hub level.

Responsibilities

• Internal customer satisfaction : systematic feedback monitoring and activation of improvement initiatives.
• Continuous improvement : analysis of quality KPIs within the Hub, definition of corrective and preventive actions, and reporting activities.
• Quality governance : adoption of standards, processes, tools, metrics, and methodologies aligned with organizational directives.
• Test strategy definition : definition of the test strategy together with the project‑allocated teams.
• Process optimization : contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes by proposing enhancements to tools, methodologies, and workflows.
• Quality culture enablement : ensure the Hub testers are aligned on quality vision, methodologies, and best practices.

Skills

• Knowledge of quality frameworks and processes , with reference to ISTQB standards.
• Test management & traceability : experience with enterprise‑grade test management solutions ensuring end‑to‑end traceability.
• Test automation oversight : supervision of test automation suite creation and integration into CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical thinking.
• Effective written and verbal communication .
• Ability to balance operational technical activities with team guidance and influence .
• Strong intercultural competencies , negotiation skills, and stakeholder management in distributed team environments.

Required Knowledge

• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role.
• Understanding of Agile Scrum and TDD.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
• Degree in STEM fields or Management Engineering.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Flexibility, initiative, and ability to work independently.
• Strong teamwork attitude and passion for innovation.
