QA Engineer

What will you do

• Ensure that our products and applications work correctly;
• Assess software quality through manual functional tests;
• Execute test cases and be able to prepare detailed report results;
• Evaluate product compliance according to acceptance criteria based on specification;
• Report bugs and errors to development teams;
• Conduct testing before release and post-implementation testing;
• Design and develop test protocols for automated E2E testing;
• Have a proactive can‑do attitude to overcome technical and process challenges;
• Write documentation for automated processes including test plans, test procedures and test cases;
• Work with cross‑functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or related field
• At least 2 years of professional experience as a software tester / engineer
• Experience writing automated tests (e.g. using Playwright, Cypress or similar frameworks)
• Excellent ability to document and troubleshoot errors
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable working across multiple projects and priorities
• Curious proactive and collaborative attitude
• Native Italian speaker and fluent in English
• Understanding of object‑oriented concepts
• Knowledge of Google Suite

• Online test: a short practical exercise to get a first sense of how you approach QA tasks

• Technical interview with our QA Manager including a practical exercise to evaluate your hands‑on approach and problem‑solving skills as a tester
• Final Technical interview with our Head of Front end including an assessment of E2E testing developing
