All candidates must complete an on-line application to be considered.* Lead and oversee the PX function across Italian offices, including remote employees.* Provide strategic direction and expert guidance to senior leadership, managers, and employees on all PX-related matters.* Ensure full lifecycle employee management, overseeing processes from hiring to offboarding, including contracts, personnel data governance, compliance, and employee documentation.* Direct and optimize end-to-end talent acquisition strategy, including workforce planning and partnerships with agencies and headhunters.* Ensure the implementation, governance, and compliance of group-wide regulations, policies, and company agreements in close collaboration with the CE office and global headquarters.* Lead and implement global PX initiatives at the country level, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals and driving measurable business impact.* Drive PX development and organizational effectiveness initiatives, including performance management, leadership development, succession planning, and learning strategies.* Oversee payroll preparation and compensation-related activities, including bonus programs, ensuring accuracy and alignment in partnership with Finance.* Establish and enhance PX analytics and reporting capabilities, leveraging data to inform strategic decisions and improve organizational performance.* Ensure compliance with Italian labor laws and regulations, managing complex employee relations and legal matters in collaboration with external counsel.* Lead continuous improvement of processes related to occupational health and safety, office operations, and insurance management.* Serve as the primary liaison with external stakeholders, including government authorities, regulatory bodies, and service providers.* Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, influencing stakeholders to adopt best practices and strategic initiatives.**DEGREE TYPE:**Bachelor's Degree**FIELD(S) OF STUDY:**Economy, Psychology, Human Resources**EXPERIENCE*** Completed studies with a focus on Human Resources Management or Economics or similar.* At least 7 years’ practical experience in operational HR* At least 4 years’ experience managing a team* Mid-size to large publicly traded company experiences strongly preferred.* Experience in the hospitality, travel, or cruise industry is highly desirable.**COMPETENCIES/SKILLS*** Very good knowledge in Italian and English, written and spoken* Secure handling of MS Office applications* Strong knowledge of Italian labor law* Knowledge about Italian Payroll* Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leaders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.**CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES*** Certificates in topics such as labor law/payroll/psychology
