About the Company

PVJets is a leading company in private aviation, specializing in private jet charter services for HNWI, family offices, and international corporations. With global operations and 24/7 service, we manage flights across more than 80 countries, delivering tailored and high-level solutions.

The Role

We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Milan office.

This role is highly sales-oriented. We are specifically looking for someone who is confident speaking with clients, able to build trust quickly, and motivated to convert leads into business.

Candidates with sales experience or a background as cabin crew (strong communication skills) are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound leads and client requests

• Qualify clients and understand travel needs

• Support brokers in building offers and closing deals

• Follow up actively to increase conversion rates

• Maintain CRM (Salesforce) with accuracy

• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams

• Ensure fast response times (high-performance environment)

Requirements

• Strong communication and sales skills

• Fluent English (additional languages are a strong plus)

• Sales experience preferred OR cabin crew / client-facing background

• Confident speaking with high-end international clients

• Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requests

Compensation

• Fixed monthly compensation

• Variable bonus for each client successfully converted

Please note:

The broker role is structured as a freelancer position.

We are looking for candidates willing to open a freelance position (Partita IVA) or already operating as freelancers.

Career Path

• Growth to SDR Executive role

• Possibility after 6–12 months to access our internal course in private aviation brokerage

• Opportunity to become a Private Jet Broker
