Role Description

We are looking for a dedicated PV Electrical Site Engineer to join our team for a large-scale photovoltaic (PV) project in Rovigo, Italy . If you enjoy the pace of onsite work and are ready for an international step in your career, this role is an excellent opportunity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Other engineering degrees may also be considered)
• Minimum 2 years of experience on construction sites, ideally in energy or photovoltaic projects
• Willingness and availability to relocate to Italy
• Fluency in Greek and English (spoken and written)
• Strong understanding of electrical drawings, site supervision, and coordination activities

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Italian
• Previous experience in PV installations
• Familiarity with European HSE and technical standards

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate on-site electrical activities for the PV project
• Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety regulations
• Collaborate closely with subcontractors, site teams, and project managers
• Identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth daily operations
• Perform quality checks during installation and commissioning phases
