PV/BESS Senior Sales Manager/Sales Director

1. Job Introduction
Oversee sales in designated overseas regions, develop strategies, deepen market penetration, maintain customer relationships, drive the increase of international market share for new energy (photovoltaic/energy storage) products, achieve overseas sales targets, and provide support for the company's overseas strategic decision-making.
2. Core Job Responsibilities
- Develop overseas regional sales strategies and annual/quarterly target breakdown plans, supervise implementation, adjust deviations, and ensure target achievement.
- Meet overseas sales performance (sales volume, collection rate, etc.), analyze target markets, establish and update customer files, and maintain relationships with key customers.
- Control the entire overseas sales process (customer development, contract signing, logistics and after-sales service, etc.), solve business problems, and ensure smooth process operation.
- Collect overseas market information (policies, competitors, demands, etc.), form reports, and support the company's strategic and product decisions.
- Complete overseas-specific tasks assigned by superiors (exhibitions, new regional research, etc.).
3. Job Qualifications
- With more than 3 years of overseas sales experience in new energy (photovoltaic/energy storage preferred), capable of independently developing new markets, and having cross-cultural negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in photovoltaic/energy storage product knowledge and technology, understanding industry trends, and familiar with overseas trade processes and relevant regulations.
- Possessing international market planning, team management, and cross-departmental collaboration capabilities, with strong execution, and able to adapt to cross-time zone work.
- Good professional ethics, strong pressure resistance, and excellent communication skills.
