Role Description:

The candidate will be part of the purchasing department and will be responsible for managing the procurement of electronic commodities, ensuring alignment between demand and supply.

Key responsibilities include :

• Analyzing purchase proposals generated by the MRP, setting priorities, and coordinating with suppliers to obtain order confirmations.
• Evaluating and managing requests for changes related to customer demand (advances, delays, cancellations).
• Monitoring and updating delivery dates in the company’s management system.
• Supporting the SQE in managing returns for non-compliant materials.

Requirements:

Hard Skills

• +1-2 years of experience in similar role
• Preferable knowledge of electronic components.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and company management systems.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to handle complex data.
