The position is based in our Office in Milan and part of the Procurement team in the Business Partner Community of LVMH Beauty Division Italy.

Reporting to the Procurement Director, the chosen candidate will support both Acqua di Parma HQ and LVMH Beauty Division Italy (Parfums Christian Dior, Guerlain, LVMH Fragrance Brands, Benefit Cosmetics, Make-Up For Ever, Officine Universelle Buly and Maison Francis Kurkdjian).


The Purchasing Compliance Assistant will be responsible for ensuring that all purchasing activities are in compliance with company policies, ethical guidelines, and relevant regulations.

This role involves monitoring purchasing processes, identifying compliance risks, and implementing controls to mitigate those risks.


RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Analysis of purchase orders concerning purchasing policy and its management
  • Implementation of main purchasing KPI Analysis
  • Supplier risk management (dependency, penetration rate, solvency)
  • Mapping and analysis of existing contracts with suppliers and mapping of related certifications
  • Verification of adoption of LVMH Code of Ethics by suppliers
  • Contracts repository review in the e-procurement portal
  • Reinforcement of the correct application of LVMH purchasing policies
  • Analysis and monitoring of single sourcing situation
  • Implementation of confidentiality agreements
  • Set up Business Review meetings with suppliers or internal users
  • Internal control analysis of Purchasing Department
  • Support Senior Buyers on various projects
  • Conduct regular compliance audits of purchasing processes.
  • Develop and implement compliance training programs for the procurement team.
  • Monitor and update purchasing policies to ensure they are in line with current regulations.
  • Investigate and resolve compliance issues related to purchasing activities.
  • Prepare compliance reports for management.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of a compliance risk assessment program for the purchasing department.



REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or any other related field
  • Excellent interpersonal and relational skills, curiosity and precision complete the profile.
  • Proactive, motivated, customer oriented and with a positive attitude
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent computer skills, proficient in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, etc.), SAP nice to have
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify compliance risks.
  • Excellent communication
