Purchase Order Specialist
Are you an organized professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for procurement? Randstad Italia is looking for a Purchase Order Specialist on behalf of one of our clients—a Chinese multinational company based in Vimodrone (Milan).
This is a one-year fixed‑term contract (12‑month) with renewal potential, managed through Randstad Italia.
Responsibilities
Manage general procurement activities based on Business Units’ needs. Prepare purchase‑order‑related documents and support suppliers from the initial quotation to billing configuration in the system. Monitor ongoing purchase orders to ensure smooth, timely delivery. Assist with contract management, archiving, and daily operational support tasks.
Qualifications
2 to 5 years of professional experience, preferably in procurement or corporate support. Native‑level Italian and fluent English. Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel. Knowledge or experience with Asian business culture and/or proficiency in Chinese considered a strong plus.
