PUNCH LIST COORDINATOR
Location: Tuscany, Italy
Start Date: March 2026
Contract Duration: 12 months, with the possibility of extension
Responsibilities
- Overall management, coordination, and closure of Punch List activities during the construction phase, ensuring that all Punch List items are properly recorded, assigned, tracked, and closed in accordance with project requirements, quality standards, and client expectations.
- Establish and maintain the project Punch List management system in line with project procedures (CCMS or similar systems).
- Collect and review Punch List items raised by construction inspectors, QA/QC, commissioning teams, and the client.
- Classify items and assign them to the responsible disciplines for resolution.
- Coordinate with construction supervisors, subcontractors, and discipline engineers to ensure timely closure of items.
- Plan and facilitate Punch List walkdowns with the project team and client representatives.
- Monitor resolution progress and provide regular reporting to the Construction Manager and Mechanical Completion Coordinator.
- Verify item closure with QA/QC and client representatives, ensuring proper documentation and approval.
- Ensure Punch List activities comply with HSE requirements and project quality standards.
Requirements
- Italian: Fluent,
- EU passport holder or valid residence in Italy
- English: Intermediate level (preferred)
- Technical diploma (mechanical, electrical, industrial) or equivalent
Contract type: Project-based / Fixed-term contract / Freelance (depending on experience)
