Job Overview
The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is looking for an experienced Partner Leader to lead our ProServe Partner Business. The role drives transformative outcomes for AWS customers through the ProServe Partner network by focusing on AI and Agentic customer transformations, intentional go‑to‑market with ProServe Partners, secure and high‑quality delivery, and collaboration with ProServe sales and delivery teams to ensure solutions optimize customer business outcomes. You will demonstrate proficiency in sales methodologies and CRM systems, coupled with strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project management abilities. The Partner Leader will support partner and customer relationship management while enabling sellers to lead partner‑inclusive sales activity to ensure customer satisfaction for a defined set of partners and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop high‑performing partners.
- Develop and support execution of partner‑involved sales strategies to meet team targets and drive revenue growth.
- Manage partner relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and identifying new opportunities.
- Leverage deep AWS knowledge to guide sellers in proposing optimal solutions.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting to optimize operational processes and manage risk.
- Measure performance of the team/practice against key metrics including Revenue, Billable Bookings, team engagement, and customer satisfaction (CSAT).
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience delivering complex, data‑driven recommendations to senior leaders.
- Knowledge of AWS or cloud technologies.
- Experience working with and influencing senior‑level stakeholders.
- 7+ years of work in partner management within e‑commerce or technology sectors.
