Senior Proposal Manager – Drive Global EPC Excellence from Milan
Are you a strategic thinker with a sharp technical eye for complex energy projects? At Arkad , we are entering a new era of growth, recently securing a major multi-year contract with a primary international O&G entity. We are looking for a Senior Proposal Manager to join our team in Milan and lead the development of winning technical and commercial bids.
you will be the architect of our competitive strategy, balancing engineering precision with commercial vision in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
Coordinate multidisciplinary departments (Engineering, Procurement, Legal) to ensure high-quality, timely, and compliant proposals.
Risk Management: Lead comprehensive risk analysis to ensure the financial and operational feasibility of our future projects.
Experience: Minimum 6 years in Engineering/Contracting for the Oil & Gas/Energy sector, with at least 3 years specifically as a Proposal Manager on EPC contracts .
Experience within the Italian EPC ecosystem is highly preferred.
Technical Background: Engineering Master’s Degree with sound knowledge of project execution.
Languages: Full professional proficiency in English (French is a significant plus).
