As Proposal Manager , you will respond to the Head of Energy Carriers Tendering and be part of ENCAR . You will plan, coordinate, and control the execution of the proposal specifically for O&M projects, in accordance with the instruction to Bidder requirements and Proposal objectives, within time and cost constraints and observance of quality procedures and practices.

Responsibilities

  • Coordination and management of the bidding project team (engineering, procurement, construction and staff functions such as legal, fiscal, insurance, finance)
  • Monitor progress of project phases, in accordance with time, cost and quality objectives
  • Development of complete proposals for projects of any contractual scope (from reimbursable feasibility services to turnkey EPC lump sum)
  • Analyse contract requirements and conditions in conjunction with commercial and legal functions
  • Technical, commercial and contractual negotiations with clients, partners and vendors/sub‑contractors
  • Ensure definition/review of the costs estimating developed by estimator
  • Prepare the assessment of the technical, financial, schedule or any other unusual risks associated with proposals
  • Ensure the submittal of the Proposal to the Client

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an Economic field.

Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in structured companies as a proposal manager.

Languages: English (at least B2).

Technical Skills: Open‑minded and willing to work in a flexible and agile manner, strong communication and relational skills, organization and prioritization skills. Preferably 2+ years of work experience in the Operation and Maintenance (O&M) sector.

IT Skills: Good knowledge of Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Travel: Opportunity to travel abroad based on the projects you will work for.
