The Property & Facilities Manager Vodafone Servizi & Tecnologie is responsible for planning, implementing, and developing corporate Real Estate activities at both national and field levels within Vodafone Servizi & Tecnologie. The role supports strategic business objectives and aims to provide the best experience for VST employees, while also supporting Group Property activities across Europe.
The manager ensures all property and facilities activities comply with Group standards and are within the limits set by Vodafone Group Delegation of Authorities.
- Key accountabilities and decision ownership
- Develop, define, and manage Vodafone Servizi e Tecnologie property strategy, ensuring the availability and efficiency of corporate buildings and facilities aligned with business needs and Vodafone policies.
- Define technical and logistic requirements for acquiring new corporate buildings and facilities, collaborating with Health, Safety & Environment and Supply Chain Management. Manage authorization processes for civil refitting, support HSE in site audits, remediation, and contractor oversight.
- Manage maintenance and restructuring activities to ensure resilient building environments, providing coordination and consistent processes to local Facilities units; ensure environmental and energy compliance.
- Provide management services for building works and refurbishment projects, including engineering support services.
- Ensure effective lease provisions and rent management. Oversee landlord relations and control.
- Contribute to the strategic and daily management of the Group Property portfolio in Europe, working with various team members.
- Supervise maintenance in Data Center areas, collaborate on budgeting, and oversee implementation of equipment room projects.
- Manage logistics services, including courier, postage, and internal office relocations.
- Oversee provisioning of food and beverage services and maintenance, cleaning, HVAC services.
- Manage mobility programs, including employee home-work plans, vehicle management, and car pooling systems.
- Monitor and report office attendance and space utilization in line with Vodafone's hybrid working policies.
- Define and implement service management programs.
- Prepare internal and third-party reports timely.
- Manage portfolio within budget and quality standards.
- Key competencies include contract management, experience in multi-site property management, stakeholder management, and adaptability in dynamic environments.
- Require 10+ years in Property & Facilities, with at least 5 in senior roles, and strong leadership and communication skills.
- Must possess relevant professional qualifications and fluency in English.
- Own the property & facilities budget (~2.0 million EUR) and fleet management budget (~0.7 million EUR).
