Infrastructure and equipment Project Lead
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Properties and Real Estate Project Specialist (Senior).
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead or support multiple engineering, construction and material handling projects, from start to finish, across multiple locations within Europe
- Manage or support schedules, resources and budgets for multiple construction and material handling projects throughout Europe, including scope definition, communication, engineering, procurement, installation, start-up, training, maintenance, documentation, budget and contract management, invoicing, and other project-related activities
- Monitor, report and ensure contract compliance from multiple activities across several countries in Europe
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage communication with internal and external stakeholders across multiple projects in Europe
- Develop and manage capital and expense budgets for assigned projects and initiatives, ensuring compliance with company policy, and proactively manage changes and variances to comply with the company business plan
- Proactively anticipate and manage project changes and risk and seek resolution with internal and external stakeholders
- Promote continuous improvement, supporting and suggesting efficiency and process improvement initiatives
- Promote and establish good working relationships with key internal stakeholders
- Ensure project safety, code compliance and adherence to company requirements
- Travel throughout Europe to visit construction sites, meet with developers, contractors and local colleagues, with an estimated travel time of approximately 20%
What Do You Bring With You
- A degree or professional qualification in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Real Estate, or a related field
- 5–8 years of experience in project management, real estate development or facility engineering, with a proven track record of managing high-impact projects
- Excellent communication skills, structured thinking and fact-based approach
- Fluency in English
- Experience working with diverse teams across multiple regions and in the management or execution of cross-functional projects focused on engineering, construction or logistics in brownfield and/or greenfield projects
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage budgets, project plans and design
- Knowledge of project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD) and proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

This vacancy is a hybrid position, with 3 days per week in the assigned office location.
