In this role you lead or support engineering, construction, and material handling projects across Europe to deliver timely, compliant facilities improvements. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure safety and standards while engaging diverse stakeholders. The position offers exposure to large-scale real estate and infrastructure programs within a global, people-focused company. You will help drive efficiency and continuous improvement in project delivery, aligning with FedEx’s global operations. This is a hands‑on, travel‑involved role with meaningful impact on site performance and business outcomes.

• Lead or support multiple engineering, construction and material handling projects across Europe
• Manage schedules, resources and budgets for construction and material handling projects
• Monitor contract compliance across activities and countries
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and communicate with stakeholders

Responsabilità

• 5-8 years of experience in project management, real estate development, or facility engineering
• Degree or professional qualification in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Real Estate, or related field
• Excellent communication, structured thinking, fact‑based approach
• Fluency in English
• Experience with cross‑functional projects in engineering, construction or logistics (Brownfield/Greenfield)
• Strong project management skills including budgets, plans, and design coordination
• Knowledge of project management software (MS Project) and MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience working with diverse teams across multiple regions
