Project Technical Manager - Infrastructure
Manager / Team Leader As Project Technical Manager, you will lead multidisciplinary engineering activities for subway and station projects, ensuring technical and contractual compliance. You will coordinate internal teams and external designers, manage interfaces with procurement, construction, and commissioning, and uphold quality and HSE standards. You will work closely with the Head of Sustainable Infrastructures Engineering and Technical Services to deliver complex transport projects within the Sustainable Infrastructure Business line. This role offers international exposure, a chance to shape critical transit infrastructure, and a pathway to leadership in a global engineering organization. health insurance internal gym discounts and partnerships health and well-being services in-house cafeteria Bid phase: analyze tender docs to define scope, develop schedule, identify requirements and potential design optimizations Support tendering team in Project Execution Plan, Project Organization Charts, and cost estimates for internal and external engineering services Execution phase: coordinate internal and external engineering activities, BIM or traditional workflows Coordinate interfaces with project management, procurement, construction, and commissioning; assist in project close-out and close-out report Manage contracts with external suppliers, monitor costs, schedules, and prepare progress and issue reports Interface with Client's technical representative; manage review reports and timely contractual responses Participate in project risk management: risk planning, assessment, and updating risk registers 8+ years as Technical Manager coordinating multidisciplinary design for Design & Build transport infrastructure projects Proven track record in subway and station projects Master's or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Transportation, Structural, or Underground) Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) Knowledge of infrastructure disciplines (surveying, geology/geotechnics, structures, railway/road systems) Expertise in technical coordination, resource planning, and people management As Project Technical Manager, you will lead multidisciplinary engineering activities for subway and station projects, ensuring technical and…
