Currently recruiting for the position of Project Quality Inspector on full time basis in a Client Company based in Milan   

Job Description 

This engagement would be for would be full time and ideally suit for people with manufacturing Package industry experience as Skid Mounted, Fired Equipments, Thermal Heaters and someone who has performed in a similar role: 

·    Review of Technical and Project specifications provided by Client (END USER)

·    Preparation of QCP/ITP quality control plan and Testing Procedures

·    NDE qualification al Level.2 as per EN 9712 / SNT-TC-1A

·    Review and Approval of technical documents supplied by Vendor (drawings, WPS, quality control plan, Vendors testing procedures)

·   Participation in KOM / PIM / progress meetings with suppliers and customers

·   Relations with Clients for the inspection steps activities in workshop according to the QCP/ITP quality control plan

·   Inspection & Expediting field intervention at Vendors premises

·   Relations with Vendors for the managment of manufacturing processes, delivery time, products compliance, NCR’s and Corrective Actions

·  Relations with Clients for the inspection steps activities in workshop according to the QCP/ITP quality control plan

Skills & Experience 

·  Technical school base preparation;

·  Experience in a similar role for Packages Manufacturer like Skid Mounted, Fired Equipments, etc.

· Demonstrable capabilities in quality control and vendor managmenet matters; 

· Communication skills verbal and written italian and english

· Understanding of the principles and practice of packages manufaturing , control process and welding activities process

·             English language knowledge is a mandatory

·             Italian language knowledge is a mandatory

This is a temporary position for 12 months, with possible extension.
