Project Quality Engineer

We are looking for a Project Quality Engineer that will join our Quality Department and will be mainly dedicated to our Fans Business Unit and projects. He/She will ensure that products and processes comply with technical specifications and quality standards, monitor suppliers and production and support the resolution of non-conformities throughout all project phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review of specifications and drawings, and management of documents related to quality and applicable regulations for the projects;
• Preparation of control and test documents and certificates, and compilation of end-of-manufacturing dossiers;
• Management of inspections witnessed by Clients and third parties, both at our premises and at suppliers’ facilities;
• Management of activities aimed at resolving non-conformities, in accordance with actions defined by the Quality Control and Production departments;
• Expediting, monitoring of work progress, and verification of manufacturing and assembly schedules;
• In-process and final product inspections, including testing and commissioning at job sites;
• Support during inspection and audit visits;
• Selection, inspection visits, and qualification of suppliers, both in Italy and abroad.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial or equivalent);
• 2–4 years of experience in Project Quality;
• Solid knowledge of ISO 9001 and industrial quality processes;
• Proven experience in managing and conducting inspections and supplier qualifications;
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar);
• Former experience with rotating machinery is a plus
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset;
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving approach;
• Fluent in English (B2 level or higher).
