Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Milan for a Mechanical Inspector. The role involves conducting mechanical inspections, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and identifying and addressing mechanical issues. The Mechanical Inspector will evaluate equipment, verify adherence to specifications, and collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure high standards of operation. The role requires detailed reporting of inspection results and maintaining accurate records to support continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Quality Planning & Compliance: Develop and implement project quality plans, inspection procedures, and testing strategies. Ensure adherence to ISO 9001
- Inspection & Testing: Oversee inspection processes, test materials/products, and analyze data to evaluate performance.
- Documentation: Maintain proper documentation, including non-conformance reports, test reports, and quality records.
- Collaboration: Act as a liaison between project teams, production, and suppliers to ensure quality requirements are met.
- Risk Management: Evaluate project risks and identify potential quality issues early in the design or manufacturing process.
