Senior Planner – Data Centre Project (Milan, Italy)

The Opportunity
We are working with a leading General Contractor delivering a major new-build data centre in Milan , offering over 4 years of secured work on a flagship European project.
This is a key appointment for an experienced Senior Planner who wants to play a pivotal role in a high-profile, technically complex scheme within the rapidly growing data centre sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning and scheduling across all phases of the build
- Develop and manage detailed programmes using Primavera P6 (or similar)
- Work closely with project, commercial, and site teams to drive progress
- Identify risks, delays, and opportunities, providing mitigation strategies
- Produce regular progress reports and communicate with key stakeholders
- Support decision-making through data-driven planning insights
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Senior Planner on large-scale construction projects
- Strong background in data centres, mission-critical, or complex MEP-heavy builds
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- European project experience is highly desirable
