Project Planner – Ambito Infrastrutture Civili

Responsibilities:
Define project procedures with particular attention to Work Breakdown Structure, planning, scheduling, and monitoring work progress.
Verify and analyze POD (Piano Operativo di Dettaglio) prepared by the contractor, integrating information from external entities.
Communicate discrepancies between POD and contractual requirements to the Area Manager and Project Control Manager.
Prepare bi‑weekly and monthly work status reports including physical progress curves, actual vs. planned/forecast, direct labor and equipment used.
Analyze, in collaboration with the Quantity Surveyor, the critical path and deviations against planned/forecast costs and times.
Identify, together with Project Control Management and Works Directorate, solutions for recovery and optimization of time/cost.
Share the forecast economic curve based on the monthly updated POD and SIL data.
Provide productivity analysis and scenario simulations (e.g., impact of ODS and PdV on the overall baseline program) upon request from Project Control Manager or Works Director.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably civil engineering) or related discipline.
Knowledge of English language.
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project planning.
Technical Skills:
Excellent knowledge of Primavera P6.
Open to candidates of all genders and backgrounds.
