Project Manager (Windows & Doors Construction / Facade Systems)

ENGELBERG is hiring - Project management for the development, supply, and implementation of window and door systems, ensuring quality, deadlines, and effective collaboration between the client, production, and contractors.

The work is located in Tashkent, Uzbekistan and we cover all expenses (if you are ready to relocate, please apply to vacancy).

Tasks

• Full-cycle project management: from specifications to facility delivery.
• Planning deadlines, resources, budgets, and risks.
• Coordinating design, production, and installation stages.
• Coordinating specifications, changes, and costs.
• Preparing regular client reports.
• Analysis of technical documentation (drawings, specifications).
• Material quality control and compliance with standards.
• Ensuring compliance with building codes.
• Managing a multidisciplinary team.
• Communicating with contractors and installation crews.
• Training, instructions, and process standardization.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the window and door industry.
• Practical experience implementing projects with large facades/aluminum structures is an advantage.
• Understanding of PVC profiles, aluminum systems, insulated glass units, and hardware.
• Experience with drawings (AutoCAD, Revit, and other CAD systems).
• Knowledge of quality standards and regulations (EN, ISO, ASTM, GOST/TU is a plus).
• Fluent English (C1+) is required.
• Higher education in engineering, construction, architecture, or management.
