Job Title: Project Manager – Automation Projects
Role Overview:
Manage and execute international warehouse and manufacturing automation projects from start to finish. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards, while coordinating resources, stakeholders, and risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and organize project execution, kick-offs, and planning
- Develop milestones, track progress, and monitor deadlines
- Allocate resources and manage budgets, invoicing, and scope changes
- Ensure quality deliverables and final project acceptance
- Proactively assess risks and define project success criteria
- Maintain clear communication and stakeholder management
- Lead meetings and provide consistent reporting
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager, ideally in warehouse automation, manufacturing automation, robotics, or similar industrial automation projects
- Strong communication skills, hands-on, independent, results-driven
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Knowledge of project management tools/methodologies (Prince2, PMBOK) is advantageous
- Willingness to travel internationally (~20%)
