Experteer Overview
In this role you drive end-to-end trackside project execution across engineering, installation, supply chain and customer stakeholders. You secure on-time delivery by proactively managing dependencies and information flows while optimizing cash, margin and customer satisfaction. You coordinate cross-functional teams and suppliers, ensuring clear communication and aligned priorities. You apply formal project management practices and represent Alstom to customers domestically and internationally. This position supports greener, smarter mobility through global, cross-border projects in Italy.

- Plan and execute the full scope from transfer to close-out in line with contract requirements
- Coordinate multiple stakeholders (internal functions, suppliers, subcontractors, site teams) with aligned priorities
- Maintain effective communication flows for timely and accurate decision-making
- Perform project management and contract administration with proactive risk and opportunity management
- Represent Alstom to customers in domestic and international markets
- Own the project Profit and Loss, respecting budgets and QCD objectives
Responsabilità
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Ability to manage uncertainty and incomplete information
- Stakeholder management and influencing skills across matrix organizations
- Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic project environment
- Experience or understanding of project management principles and practices
- Fluency in Italian and English
