Job Title: Project Manager

Position Mission:

Achieve the objectives defined for the assigned project, within the terms and conditions of the project, implementing company policy and procedural requirements.

Responsibilities:

1. Bidding: Provide the evaluation of hours and other costs related to the Project Management execution activities together with an evaluation of related risks.
2. Delivery: Ensure the accomplishment of the outcomes of the project in accordance with the contractual scope of work, the schedule, the quality requirements, and Company processes.
3. Economics/Financials/KPIs: Monitor, report, and achieve the targets of the assigned project in terms of Costs, Revenues, Margin, and Cashin.
4. Contract Management: Manage the client relationship, promote business opportunities, manage Change Orders, and manage Claims.
5. Team Management: Execute the staffing process of the project team and evaluate the performances of project team members.

Technical Skills, Qualifications, and Professional Experience:

1. 5 years of experience in the sector.
2. 3 years of experience as a Project Manager.
3. Managed complex projects with a budget exceeding €10M or managed multiple projects for a cumulative budget exceeding €25M.
4. Excellent knowledge of English.
5. Knowledge of Office tools and PMP certified.
6. Knowledge of Primavera, MS Project, or similar.
