We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Engineering team and support the continuous improvement of our projects, processes and test solutions.

What You Will Do

• You will lead end‑to‑end project execution for Semiconductor and MEMS test systems, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and in scope
• You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams to align technical activities and project milestones
• You will oversee system integration, testing, and acceptance phases, ensuring compliance with performance, quality, and reliability standards
• You will manage project risks, resources, schedules, and documentation according to SPEA’s governance and engineering processes
• You will report progress, KPIs, and critical issues to management, driving corrective actions when needed

Who We Are Looking For

• You will preferably hold a degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering, or in a related field
• You will demonstrate solid experience in managing complex technical projects, ideally in semiconductors, MEMS, or advanced test equipment
• You will understand ATE architectures, electronic measurement principles, and semiconductor/MEMS production flows
• You will use project management methodologies and tools effectively (e.g., MS Project, Jira, PMP/Prince2 is a plus)
• You will communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical stakeholders, showing leadership, structure, and problem‑solving skills
• You will operate in an international environment with strong English proficiency and availability for global travel
